Milton Transitional Housing is a community-based, registered Canadian charity that provides bridge accommodation and supportive counseling to people in Milton who are experiencing a housing crisis. MTH's program assists participants in overcoming their challenges while they work towards securing their own independent, stable housing.

Our goal, “…from HOPE to HOME”, summarizes our belief that lives can be rebuilt with support and assistance from their community.

Join us on Saturday, February 22nd, 2025 for the Coldest Night of the Year and help us make a difference in the lives of those most vulnerable right here in our community!
